Wheelhouse Launch Plan (2025)

Wheelhouse Games is a free to download mobile app that allows gamers to watch content and guess the outcome. Winners of each contest receive prizes. Wheelhouse experienced a setback with their product launch in 2022. In 2024, they asked the Tryhards to apply our broad array of experience in helping them develop a launch plan.

Tryhard assessed their business model, product roadmap, and technical process in order to create a recommendation report to be implemented by their leadership and product team. The Tryhard team continues to provide strategic guidance, business development, and other advisory services through the revised re-launch of the product into 2025.
