Business Unit Performance Evaluation (2023)

Esports Entertainment Group (GMBL) installed a new leadership team in 2023 to conduct a complete overhaul of their business model and reprioritize their core products. New CEO, Alex Igelman, summoned Tryhard Consulting to conduct a business unit evaluation across four business units that provided content creation, publisher services, software services, and a new strategic venture.

Tryhard Consulting provided hundreds of hours of services with different subject matter experts in 2023 and 2024. The resulting advice added the consulting in reorganizing its services and achieving its first profitable quarter in several years. Tryhard continues to provide business development and advisory services to EEG.
